Week 3/10-3/16
From outdoor adventures to creative workshops, this week is packed with ways to get involved and have fun! Lend a hand in restoring local trails, put your detective skills to the test, or compete for the biggest catch at a catfish tournament.
Feeling crafty? Try your hand at pottery during Clay Crafternoons, or wind down the weekend with a good book and a cup of tea at Whisker & Kettle.

Monday [3/10]: Join ROC at Legends on the Lake at 5PM for a Trails Update & Volunteer Meeting to discover new opportunities to be a part of restoring our beautiful trails.
Tuesday [3/11]: Craft your own tray or envelop wall pocket during Clay Crafternoons at The Clay Trail Community Pottery Studio in Rutherfordton, NC at 2:30pm.
Wednesday [3/12]: Enjoy a fun night of Trivia at Lured Market & Grill in Lake Lure starting at 5:30pm.
Thursday [3/13]: Calling all detectives to test your skills at True Crime at Rutherford County Library in Spindale at 6pm.
Friday [3/14]: Enter the Carp & Catfish Tournament or fish for fun in celebration of Opening Weekend at Cole’s Catfish Lake in Rutherfordton at 6pm.
Saturday [3/15]: Grab the family and support Sunshine Elementary by entering the 20th Annual Bear Foot 5K and Half Mile Fun Run in Bostic. Packet pickup begins at 7AM. Race starts at 8:30AM.
Sunday [3/16]: Find your next favorite story at Whisker & Kettle Tea Room and Cat Café between 11AM and 3PM in Rutherfordton with Blind Date with a Book! hosted by Wildflower Books & Events.
